Please be advised of a scheduled IT maintenance window beginning Friday, May 23 at 8:00 PM and concluding Saturday, May 24 at 8:00 AM.
During this period, all Hill College IT services will be unavailable, including but not limited to:
- Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Adobe
- Cascade
- MyHC Portal
- MyFA
- J1 Web
- Brightspace (D2L)
- Single Sign-On (SSO), including any portals that require SSO/MFA
- Other network-based services
This downtime is necessary to perform critical updates and infrastructure improvements. Please plan accordingly and complete any time-sensitive tasks in advance.
The Deans have been notified individually and are working with their staff to communicate this to any current students who may be affected.
